We are seeking a senior executive to lead the global IT and information security risk and governance.

This role is accountable for defining and embedding the enterprise‑wide IT and security risk framework, ensuring strong governance, regulatory compliance, and resilience against evolving cyber threats. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will provide clear oversight of risk exposure, drive informed decision‑making, and safeguard critical business operations.

Leading a global team, you will shape a strong risk culture and work in close partnership with Group Information Security, Market Units, and Risk and Audit functions to strengthen Bupa’s security posture worldwide.

Requirements

• Senior executive with a proven track record leading IT and information security risk in complex, global organisations

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT, information security risk management, cybersecurity or related fields, including significant leadership experience

• Deep expertise in IT and security risk frameworks, governance models, and regulatory standards

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working across Group functions, Market Units, Risk and Audit teams

• Proficient in risk management tools, security technologies and data‑driven reporting

• Proactive, forward‑thinking and resilient leader in fast‑evolving risk environments
